Development of cross-border e-commerce logistics and the cross-border e-commerce are mutually affected. Cross-border e-commerce comprises online information flow, e-commerce, capital flow and offline logistics, the first three of which are internet based operations, while the offline logistics requires physical environment. Cross-border e-commerce is characterized by small quantities, multiple batches, and unstable orders; therefore, most businesses engaged in cross-border e-commerce adopt following three logistics modes: Traditional express package mode, centralized delivery mode, overseas warehouse mode.
